What are you working on?

My role is administrator at the head office in Motala.

In this role, I am responsible for the administration of the office in Motala and our branches in Perstorp, Stenungsund, Stockholm and Söderhamn.

My working day is very varied, ranging from preparing, planning and carrying out various tasks to the administration of invoices, orders and courses.

My workplace is at the reception where I meet customers, suppliers and colleagues physically, digitally and by phone on a daily basis.

A day at VIMAB involves a lot of service and no two days are the same!

Why Vimab?

I started my work at Vimab in February last year. Previously, I worked as a project administrator at a large company in Linköping. When I felt it was time for something else Vimab emerged as a strong candidate early in the process.
